Service Terms and Conditions

Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates are subject to change based on actual diagnostic findings
• Written approval is required before proceeding with repairs exceeding the estimated amount
• Diagnostic fees are applied toward repair costs if work is approved
• Emergency service rates apply for after-hours, weekend, and holiday calls

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• A service charge may apply to returned checks
• Unpaid accounts may be subject to collection procedures and fees

Warranties and Disclaimers

Service Warranty

• We provide a 90-day warranty on labor for completed repairs
• Parts are warranted according to manufacturer specifications
• Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from external causes
• Warranty is void if repairs are performed by others without our authorization

Limitations of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, crop losses, or equipment downtime beyond the repair period.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about equipment problems and history
• Ensure safe access to equipment and work areas
• Comply with safety requirements during service visits
• Maintain equipment according to manufacturer recommendations
• Promptly report any issues with completed repairs

Equipment Storage and Retrieval

• Equipment left for repair must be retrieved within 30 days of completion notice
• Storage fees may apply to equipment not retrieved within the specified timeframe
• We reserve the right to dispose of abandoned equipment after 60 days notice
• Customers are responsible for all costs associated with unclaimed equipment

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Pleasant View Farm or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.
